The 9th Life of Louis Drax (2016)

When Louis Drax has a nasty fall on his ninth birthday, it's sheer luck that he doesn't die. His survival defies all logic, but Doctor Pascal has an obligation to the care of the boy. But as he begins to investigate the incident, the circumstances surrounding it only become more peculiar. Now in a coma, it appears that Louis had evaded death under miraculous circumstances eight times prior. Pascal begins to feel an increasing attraction to Louis' mother, but Louis' dad is still in the picture, and it's becoming increasingly likely that he's involved with forces that defy conventional understanding.
