Revolutionary Road (2008)

Frank and April Wheeler live a normal and seemingly idyllic life in 1950s Connecticut, but they don't necessarily feel like their ambitions are fulfilled. Frank hates his job, and April has struggled unsuccessfully to start a career as an actress. At the same time, they're trying to raise two kids. When April suggests a move to Paris, Frank initially resists. But despite finally relenting, just picking up and leaving isn't easy. Over the years, the two will struggle to hold onto the love that they had while navigating the complex anxieties that come along with growing up and growing old.
