Swiss Army Man (2016)

Hank Thompson has been stranded on a deserted island for so long that he's ready to kill himself. Just before he tightens the noose, a body washes ashore. When Hank investigates, the corpse farts hard enough that it begins to move, and Hank gets an idea for escaping the island. A series of raunchy scenes follow as Hank rediscovers his connection to humanity by talking to the rotting corpse about defecating, masturbating and farting. Can Hank escape the island with his new friend or is his sanity simply decomposing?
