Plot

In the bustling heart of a corporate giant, Bobby, a jovial mail boy with an infectious spirit, holds an unlikely alliance with Waymon, a high-ranking, ambitious African-American businessman who is seemingly on the cusp of a partnership. This unusual friendship is the backbone of the sharp and witty social satire, Strictly Business. However, their divergent worlds collide when they strike a peculiar deal. Waymon, despite his corporate prowess, finds himself tongue-tied in the presence of Natalie, a mesmerizingly beautiful waitress who invades his dreams. Meanwhile, Bobby, a street-smart charmer, yearns for more than the mailroom and covets a spot on the firm's coveted trainee broker programme. In this bewildering game of give and take, Waymon agrees to help Bobby ascend the corporate ladder, if in return, Bobby can help him win Natalie's heart. But this seemingly simple agreement unravels a series of complications, prompting a whirlwind of changes that will test their friendship, their resolve, and their identities. Strictly Business is an exploration of ambition, friendship, and love, revealing that the path to our dreams may require us to challenge who we are and who we aspire to be. This heartwarming tale reminds us that sometimes, the most unexpected alliances can lead us to the most rewarding outcomes.
