In the heart of Washington D.C., freakish weather anomalies begin to wreak havoc, turning the city’s serene landscape into a storm-riddled battlefield. Amidst this chaos, two estranged brothers - the progeny of a once-renowned climate scientist - find themselves reluctantly reunited. A chilling suspicion takes root as they grapple with the possibility that their father, a disgraced meteorologist, is the puppeteer behind this meteorological monstrosity. Their investigation launches them into a perilous journey through a city under siege by nature's fury.
