For years, Chan Chi-Lung has expertly navigated the treacherous waters of Cheung Mo-Hung's infamous Hong Kong triad gang, his true identity as a police infiltrator shrouded in shadows. Yet when a pivotal negotiation with local triads crumbles under Lung's stewardship, Hung grows suspicious, embarking on a lethal crusade to eradicate any undercover cops within his ranks. A chilling wind of danger sweeps over Lung, prompting him to plea for an end to his covert operations. Nevertheless, his captain, Cheung, has other plans.
