In the heart of a bustling zoo, Snowflake (Ariana Grande) shines as an irreplaceable marvel—the world's lone white gorilla. She's adored by a sea of awestruck children who flock to her enclosure, but faces isolation from her fellow gorillas—Petunia (Jennette McCurdy), Elvis (Nathan Kress), and Anvil (Keith David)—who shun her for her distinct hue. Guided by Jenga (David Spade), the quirky red panda with a heart as big as his personality, Snowflake hatches a daring plan. Together, they will slip the zoo's iron bars and brave the unforgiving city in search of a circus witch rumored to possess the power to transform Snowflake into a "typical" gorilla. As Snowflake embarks on this perilous journey, she teeters on the edge of a profound realization.
