Smoking enough dope to keep that smiley face afloat, Jane, an actress still stuck in the embryonic stage of her career, has a crowded to-do list to tend to - To-do #1: buy more pot. That becomes less important after she samples a few of her roommate’s “enhanced” cupcakes. Needless to say, a series of wacky situations ensue as she wanders around Los Angeles high as a kite.
