Plot

In the heart of Vancouver, amidst a jovial children's party at a mental health clinic, a mystifying encounter unfolds. Dr. Dylan Wallace, a volunteer at the event, finds himself drawn into a web of intrigue and seduction as he crosses paths with the enchanting Angelique Tristiana, the clinic's assistant and former wife of the enigmatic Dr. Philip Lacan. Propelled by a night of passion in the apartment of Angelique's unseen twin sister, Annabel, Dr. Wallace finds himself entwined in a tale of dark secrets and unexpected revelations. While Dr. Wallace embarks on a morning quest for an ice-cream cake to celebrate the twin's birthday, Grace Collier, a determined Spectator reporter with a personal agenda, breaks into Dr. Lacan's office. She is driven by a relentless pursuit to uncover the truth about Lacan's controversial experiments. Stumbling upon a network of surveillance cameras, she becomes an unexpected witness to a chilling scene: Angelique, in a horrifying act, stabs Dr. Wallace to death. Despite her frantic call to the police, the apartment reveals no signs of a crime, pushing Grace further down the rabbit hole of her investigation. As she navigates the labyrinth of deception, the truth begins to unravel, leading her back to the clinic and forcing her to re-examine her own shadowy past. The intricate puzzle of Dr. Lacan, the enigmatic Tristiana sisters, and her own hidden history starts to come into focus, setting the stage for a shocking revelation. A chilling narrative of mystery, intrigue, and unexpected connections, "Sisters" weaves a spellbinding tale that probes the depths of human psyche and the haunting power of the past. Will Grace uncover the truth or is she destined to become another victim of the clinic's dark history? The answers lie hidden in the shadows of her own forgotten memories.
