Plot

Bruce Dalt, a sportscaster with an ego the size of a stadium and a relentless thirst for victory, finds his world upended following an unfortunate incident at his son's basketball game. This misstep lands him in the courtroom where his sentence is community service, thrusting him into the unfamiliar role of bell-ringer for the Salvation Army. His pompous demeanor, captured and circulated for the world to see, sends ripples through his professional and personal life, causing both realms to rapidly disintegrate. Major Melvin Lowell of the Salvation Army, a man well-versed in the language of empathy and divine love, steps in to guide Bruce's journey. His hope: to help Bruce discover the true spirit of Christmas, a kind of generosity that extends far beyond the clinking coins in a collection pot. Amid the jingle of bells and the chill of winter, Bruce must confront his arrogance to salvage his career, his family and perhaps, find a new understanding of what it means to be a winner.
