Plot

In the shadowy depths of the night, two vivacious friends, Melanie and Jules, conclude their sun-soaked Mexican holiday and return to the bustling streets of Massachusetts. The echoes of their weekend escapade still fresh, they find themselves engaging in playful banter with two flirtatious strangers, Seth and Matt, at the airport, while a nervous accountant named Andy watches from the sidelines. When Melanie discovers her luggage has been left behind, she shrugs it off as a minor hitch, planning to return the following morning. Deciding to share a ride downtown, Melanie and Jules board a shuttle, unwittingly embarking on a journey that will soon blur the line between reality and nightmare. Seth, Matt, and Andy, eager not to be left behind, join the duo at the last moment. However, as the city lights fade into the distance, the shuttle driver veers off the main highway, claiming to know a faster route through an eerily deserted periphery road. As the shuttle delves deeper into the unfamiliar, desolate streets, a sense of unease descends over the passengers. Their initial amusement gives way to increasing dread as the driver's intentions become alarmingly unclear. The fear amplifies when an unexpected assortment of weapons and a mysterious tattoo come into play, further shrouding their destination in a cloak of uncertainty. Intrigue, fear, and suspense intertwine as the shuttle's headlights pierce the darkness, revealing more than just the road ahead. As the chilling journey unfolds, the passengers must grapple with their escalating fear and the growing realization that their ride home is steering them towards an unthinkable destination. What lies at the end of their path, and will they ever reach their intended destination? The mystery unravels with every twist and turn in this unnerving shuttle ride.
