Second Chances (2013)

In the heartwarming tale of Second Chances, Jeff, a strapping firefighter grappling with personal demons from his past, suffers a devastating leg injury that thrusts him into a slower pace of life. Haunted by the loss of his father in a fire when he was just a child, he finds himself renting a ground floor room to aid his recovery.
