As the dawn of a new century approaches, we follow the humorous journey of Duke and Chester, two vivacious vaudeville performers with dreams of striking it rich in the icy wilderness of Alaska. During their voyage to Skagway, they stumble upon a map revealing the location of a hidden gold mine - a treasure once stolen by McGurk and Sperry, two notorious thugs. Ingeniously, our comedic duo assumes these identities to slip off the ship undetected. In the heart of Alaska, the adventurous Sal Van Hoyden is on a mission of her own. The map, once her father's, is her only hope of securing her family legacy. However, she inadvertently gets entangled with the cunning Ace Larson, a man with a sinister plan to seize the gold mine for his own gain. The story unfolds into a thrilling chase across the Alaskan wilderness as Duke and Chester, the true and false McGurk and Sperry, Ace and his band of henchmen, and the determined Sal, all race to claim the elusive map. Their paths cross and diverge in a whirlwind of comedy, adventure, and gold fever.
