In the wake of her whirlwind journey to the magical land of Oz, young Dorothy Gale finds herself once more in the mundane flatlands of Kansas, but her mind remains entangled in the enchanting allure of Oz. Her nights are consumed by sleeplessness as she longs for the iridescent glow of the Emerald City and her faithful friends she left behind. This obsession raises concern in Aunt Em, who watches in despair as Dorothy's health deteriorates, her spirit trapped in a fantastical world only she can see. Awakening in the familiar yet altered landscape of Oz, Dorothy is met with a startling revelation - her pet chicken, Billina, has gained the gift of speech. As she navigates this transformed world, she encounters new allies who join her in a daring quest. Their mission: to rescue the beloved Scarecrow from the clutches of the malevolent Nome King. Empowered by Dorothy's lost ruby slippers, this wicked ruler has devastated the Emerald City, plunging Oz into a reign of terror. Dorothy's return to Oz is more than a fantastical adventure; it's a race against time to reclaim her ruby slippers, restore the Emerald City's former glory, and save her friends from the merciless Nome King.
