Superman is dead, but that doesn't mean that his legacy is dead. Four different contenders have stepped up to fill the absence that Kal-El's death has left behind, and they have their work cut out for them. Crime has spiraled out of control in Superman's absence, but each of his four replacements has their own unique philosophies on how to deal with it. The problem is that none of them trust one another, and some of their agendas aren't as pure as they might initially appear. But while the four replacement Supermen squabble, the villainous Lex Luthor makes moves in the shadows.
