Plot

Amidst the bone-chilling blizzard of a Christmas Eve, an eerie silence descends upon a shopping center's parking lot, disrupted only by the arrival of a parked car. Its occupants, three anxious men armed to the teeth, are on a mission. They plan to rob an electronics store in hopes of a holiday windfall. After bouts of hesitation, Normand and his younger brother Gérard brace themselves and venture inside. Their meticulously planned heist goes awry when a misfired bullet from Gerard's gun claims an unintended victim - an innocent Santa Claus impersonator. Gérard flees the scene, leaving Normand to face the music as the police swoop in. But the stolen money is still within his clutches, a dangerous allure for those in pursuit. Among the pursuers is Louis-Philippe Trépanier, a radio host for Montréalités on CKBG. Trépanier, an ambitious journalist with an unscrupulous streak, sees Gérard's desperate flight as a golden ticket to impress his hard-to-please boss, Pierre Champagne. As he trails the fugitive through the storm, he's unwittingly drawn into a perilous cat-and-mouse game that might just be the career-defining opportunity he's been yearning for. However, the tables take an unexpected turn when Trépanier is taken hostage by Gérard, transforming his radio station into a tension-filled stage for this dangerous drama. As the icy winds howl outside, the heat rises within the station, setting the scene for a gripping showdown. With every passing moment, the line between captor and captive, right and wrong, blurs, leaving viewers on the edge of their seats, wondering what twist this Christmas Eve will take next.
