In the shadowy realms of the supernatural, the twisted and tormented puppets of the late Andre Toulon are once again drawn into the macabre dance of death. In a desperate bid for survival, these marionettes of menace resurrect their original puppet master, fueling his return to the land of the living. Their dark purpose: to aid in the gruesome collection of human brains, the vital ingredient for the elixir that grants them the illusion of life for another half-century. However, their grim task does not go unnoticed. A skeptical group of paranormal researchers, drawn by the chilling tales of Alex Whitaker, descend upon the eerie hotel that serves as the puppet's lair.
