Plot

In the heart of Las Vegas, under its dazzling neon lights, a peculiar one-eyed, one-handed, one-legged man steps into a pawn shop. His possession, a grotesque Leprechaun statue adorned with a medallion, piques the owner's interest as a lucky charm. However, the owner's recklessness frees the actual Leprechaun, unleashing an insatiable hunt for his gold pot that no one can resist and a deadly wrath on anyone daring to approach it. On the same night, Scott, a naive young man headed for L.A. to attend school, cruises into town. Fate intertwines him with Tammy, a sharp-tongued yet affable girl. After a losing streak in gambling, Scott winds up at the pawn shop to pawn his Rolex, only to stumble upon the slain owner and a single, wish-granting gold coin from the Leprechaun's stash. Scott, oblivious to the impending disaster, wishes for a winning streak, but the casino's corrupt owner is not one to let go of his money easily. Adding to the chaos is Fazio, a bumbling magician, and Loretta, a woman of certain age. When the Leprechaun arrives to claim his lost coin, a bite transfers his green blood into Scott, triggering a bizarre metamorphosis turning Scott into a towering Leprechaun. As the Leprechaun wreaks havoc in his quest for the gold coin, Scott finds himself stuck in a dilemma. The choice is his: destroy the pot of gold and the Leprechaun, thus giving up his newfound luck and returning to normal, or embrace his new form and the wealth that comes with it. However, his insurance company, Green Cross, won't cover the cost of his strange condition's treatment, adding to the mayhem. The night in Las Vegas turns into a surreal tale of greed, transformations, and deadly pursuits.
