In the shadow of an impregnable mountain in Tierra del Fuego, Hermano, a successful doctor with an insatiable passion for rock climbing, grapples with an impending challenge. The mountain beckons him, its towering majesty embodying a test of courage he feels compelled to confront. But life presents him with an unexpected twist: his wife Adri is pregnant. While Adri embraces this surprise with joy, Hermano wrestles with the notion of impending fatherhood, his mind ensnared by the mountain's allure. Adri's pregnancy, however, is fraught with danger, adding a layer of complexity to Hermano's internal conflict. Yet, the siren call of the mountain seems unyielding, pulling him towards its rocky embrace. Haunted by a past act of inaction, which resulted in the brutal death of his friend Bonobo, Hermano perceives the mountain climb as a chance for redemption. He believes this act of valor could absolve him of the guilt that has clung to him since adolescence. As the day of his departure arrives, so does a surge of memories of the tragic event that forever scarred his life. Simultaneously, Adri's pregnancy takes a turn, forcing her into premature labor. The situation is fraught with peril, the risks grave and immediate. With his wife's life and their unborn child's future hanging in the balance, Hermano stands at the crossroads of moral and personal dilemmas. Will he yield to the mountain's call or choose the path of fatherhood and husbandhood? The answer lies within the heart of this gripping tale.
