Plot
Wilee completed law school at Columbia Law School but hasn't taken the bar exam. To him, the legal profession brings nothing but boredom and monotony. He instead focuses on his position as a bicycle messenger in New York City. The position makes him feel alive and excited on the streets.
He eventually picks up a package containing a special ticket. The ticket would allow customer Nima to bring her family to the United States. However, loan shark Mr. Lin enlists the help of crooked cop Robert Monday to steal the ticket. A game of cat and mouse ensues between Wilee and Monday.
