In the heart-throbbing world of racecar driving, the specter of a fallen rival returns from the grave, hell-bent on vengeance. Seventeen years prior, the speedway was set ablaze with the fierce rivalry between Cutter McCullough and JJ Sawyer. Their duel reached a tragic climax when McCullough met his end in a calamitous inferno. The haunting aftermath left Sawyer grappling with survivor's guilt, renouncing his passion for racing forever. Fast-forward two decades later, Sawyer, now a transporter of racecars, ventures back to where it all began - his quaint old hometown.
