In the bustling metropolis of Chennai, a young man named Vettri, portrayed by Kalaiyarsan, hails from a humble background. Despite holding a degree in electrical engineering, Vettri rejects the notion of a mundane job, convinced that it won't fast-track him to wealth. His relentless pursuit of quick money, however, leads him down a perilous path where he unintentionally crosses paths with some of the city's most formidable figures. The newly appointed city police commissioner, DC Sathya, played by Yog Japee, and the ruthless local loan shark, Samudram, brought to life by John Vijay, become unexpected antagonists in Vettri's life when his ambitious plans spiral out of control. Vettri's actions, initially intended to go unnoticed, ripple outwards in the city of seven million, impacting others in unforeseen ways.
