Plot

In the buzzing heart of Toronto lies a quaint publishing company, a triumvirate venture co-owned by Lucy (Leslie Hope), her husband Michael (Victor Ertmanis), and their associate William (Dan Left). Their humdrum existence is abruptly disrupted by the arrival of Sloan (Peter Outerbridge), an ex-boxer turned author, whose debut novel, a chilling tale of a serial killer, is set to be published under their banner. Sloan plunges headfirst into a passionate love affair with the tormented Lucy, who yearns to revisit her Parisian past, filled with tantalizing S&M explorations. However, the tangle of relationships thickens when Sloan finds himself entwined in another affair, this time with the openly gay William, sparking a whirlwind of sexual perplexity for the writer. Amidst this, Michael, Lucy's bewildered spouse, descends into a maddening spiral upon uncovering the tangled web of infidelity involving his wife, business partner, and their intriguing client. Unexpectedly, instead of confronting this complex situation, Michael decides to plunge into the whirlpool of bed-hopping himself. As the boundaries blur, the characters find themselves in a labyrinth of passion, betrayal, and self-discovery.
