Plot

In the hauntingly eerie cityscape of Berlin, two peculiar souls, Betty and Robert, share an uncommon, morbid fascination with the dead. When Robert becomes a street cleaner for an aftermath clean-up agency, their dark dreams edge closer to reality. Unseen by the world around them, Robert's obsession fuels a macabre collection of severed limbs and preserved organs, each piece more grotesque than the last. This fascination takes a turn when Robert brings home a repugnant cadaver, stirring an unsettling excitement in his girlfriend, Betty. Their shared attraction to the deceased manifests into an unconventional ménage a trois, treading the line between repulsion and titillation. However, the couple's twisted reality is threatened when Robert loses his job, putting their supply of fresh corpses in jeopardy. "Nekromantik" weaves a tale of two misfits, their passion for the macabre, and the lengths they'll go to sustain it. This journey into their grotesque world will challenge your perceptions, push your boundaries, and leave you questioning the essence of fascination itself. As their world unfurls, can Robert maintain control over this gory love affair, or will their peculiar fascination lead them to a path of unimaginable consequences?
