In the heart of South Africa, young Basson finds himself racing against the clock with five days to reach his father's funeral in Cape Town. The stakes are high - he must fulfill a series of tasks on this journey or forfeit his claim to the family business. His solo expedition takes an unexpected twist when he crosses paths with Amory, a free-spirited bohemian girl. Together, they traverse the stunningly vibrant landscapes of Africa, encountering a myriad of intriguing characters whose eccentricities birth moments of laughter and profound revelations. A villainous shadow, however, looms on their path, leading to heartache and disillusionment. As they navigate the winding road of life, filled with inevitable missteps and detours, they discover that the road to genuine love is also a compass guiding them to their authentic selves.
