In the heart of the city's emergency response system, veteran 911 operator Pamela (Mischa Barton) and her estranged spouse Jeremy (Luke Goss), a high-ranking Police Officer, find their worlds imploding when their daughter is cruelly kidnapped. With their every move under the watchful eyes of the unseen perpetrator, they are forced into a deadly game where their only lifeline is to relay covert messages through the city's dispatch system. As the city spirals into chaos, with police and fire units scattered across remote locations, they are left grappling in the dark, uncertain of the face or motive behind this terrifying ordeal.
