Plot

In a sudden and chilling twist of fate, Jennifer is ruthlessly ripped from her inconspicuous existence. What begins as a typical day of planning their upcoming move, transforms into an extraordinary and nightmare-ridden journey for the young mother and her husband. An odd visit from their soon-to-be ex-neighbor, the postman, sets the stage for the impending horror, hinting at an urgent necessity. Returning from a mundane grocery run, Jennifer unearths a terrifying reality - her elderly neighbor and her son Niko's babysitter, has vanished. The mystery deepens as she receives a spine-tingling letter, bearing a grotesque death poem from an unknown tenant and scandalous photographs of her husband and the now-missing babysitter. Shaken to her core, Jennifer sinks into the solace of a bath, only to fall asleep and awaken in a gruesome tableau of blood and dismembered body parts. A spectral figure, donning a mask, surfaces amidst this chaos, promising to guide Jennifer along a path bathed in sacred white light. As Jennifer's soul begins a painful and horrifying detachment from her body, a kaleidoscope of memories from her unfulfilled life assaults her senses. Stripped bare and soaked in her own blood, Jennifer teeters on the edge of life and the unknown, led by this otherworldly figure who offers her a perverse form of salvation. In this grim purgatory, Jennifer's soul is subjected to a relentless onslaught of physical and mental torment. A grotesque, tentacled executor uses a vibrant palette of symbolic colors and bloody lessons to pry open the locked doors of enlightenment. Each horrific experience chips away at the guilt and regret of her past, forcing Jennifer to accept her suffering as the only path to redemption. Caught in the throes of this ghastly journey, Jennifer must endure the unbearable or face an eternity of reliving this torment. The question hangs ominously in this abyss of consciousness - how much suffering must she endure before her soul can finally bathe in the light?
