Nanny Nightmare (2017)

In the throes of juggling a full-time job, a young son, and a relationship with her increasingly distant husband, James, Lauren Bell finds herself at her wits' end trying to care for her newborn, Riley. As if an answer to her silent plea for help, she turns to Owen, her neighbor, entrusting him with the role of a nanny. Owen's entry seems to be the divine intervention the Bells were desperately in need of, and Lauren couldn't be more relieved. However, the calm is short-lived as Owen subtly oversteps the boundaries of his job description, gradually transforming from a helping hand to an unwanted intrusion. His lurking presence begins to seep into every corner of their house, his watchful eyes seeming to follow Lauren everywhere. The veil of harmony soon lifts, revealing Owen's disruptive influence driving a deeper rift into Lauren and James' already teetering marriage. As Owen's obsession with both Riley and Lauren spirals out of control, it becomes evident that he is not just a threat but a ticking time bomb, ready to detonate their lives into chaos. His intentions are clear - he will go to any extreme to keep his newfound family intact, forever. Thus, beneath the veneer of a perfect solution, the Bells find themselves entangled in a web of manipulation and obsession they never saw coming.
