In the throes of a labor shortage, the exasperating Bossman sets his sights on Vietnam, seeking fresh faces for his factory. He embarks on a chaotic journey with his loyal associates Diana, Mr Kho, and Adrian. But Vietnam, instead of bringing solutions, serves up a platter of predicaments, thanks to Bossman's ill-judged actions. Bossman's breach of salary agreements incites a riot amongst potential Vietnamese employees and the troupe finds themselves detained in a police station. Meanwhile, back in Kuala Lumpur, Bossman's unpaid debts come to haunt his comrades Norahsikin and Azahari, as they're held hostage by gangsters demanding their pound of flesh.
