My Cousin Rachel (2017)

Based on the 1951 novel by Daphne du Maurier, this romantic thriller is about love, suspicion and murder. An orphan is brought up by his cousin, who goes to Italy for the warm climate. He returns with a wife, Rachael, and slowly dies. The orphan is now a man and suspects the woman of slowly poisoning his cousin. Overwhelmed by the desire to find out the truth, the cousin unexpectedly falls in love with the elegant, sophisticated Rachael. It is a dilemma for him because he is convinced, she murdered his cousin. Love conquers suspicion but when he falls ill, he wonders if she is trying to murder him.
