Caught in the stagnant waters of their thirties, Juan and Benjamín find their aspirations of completing their veterinary degrees fading into the backdrop of an unfulfilled existence. Reluctant to leave the comfort of the nest, they yearn for an elusive fame that seems perpetually out of reach. Their thirst for recognition and desperate need to shake off the shackles of mediocrity lead them to conceive a daring plan on one ill-fated Christmas Eve. With reckless bravado, they orchestrate Mexico's most audacious theft - the looting of the revered National Museum of Anthropology. The precious artifacts, steeped in the sacred aura of their nation's history, quickly transition from being symbols of triumph to burdens of inescapable guilt. The stolen treasure, far from being the ticket to the renown they sought, morphs into a ruinous curse. As the pressures of their audacious act close in, their attempt to fence the priceless artifacts becomes an impossible task.
