Plot
A genetic engineering company has been trying to create synthetic life. Their experiments seem to have succeeded with Morgan, a six-month old lifeform who looks and acts like a young woman. When Morgan attacks a scientist, the company dispatches risk management consultant Lee Weathers to investigate. Lee must determine if Morgan is a liability to be erased or a thinking, feeling human who should be educated, but determining what defines a human being is harder than she anticipated.
