In the heart of a bustling law firm, a modern Cinderella tale unfolds in "Midnight Masquerade". Rob Carelli, a diligent junior lawyer, toils at Higgins and Sons, a family law firm riddled with nepotism. The firm is governed by the ruthless Carter Higgins, who unapologetically favors his lackadaisical sons, Emmett and Andrew, over the hardworking Rob. Despite receiving no recognition for his work, Rob singlehandedly prepares for an impending lawsuit involving Samford Candy Corp, where Elyse Samford, the newly appointed CEO, has taken the reins from her father. However, Rob's chance to get closer to Elyse is threatened when he uncovers a sinister plot by his boss Carter, who seeks to exploit the Samford lawsuit for his personal gain. As the masquerade ball approaches, Rob grapples with the dilemma of preserving his job and shielding Elyse from Carter's scheme, all while yearning to confess his feelings for her. Meanwhile, Elyse, dazzled by the mysterious "prince" at the ball, embarks on a quest to find the man who could potentially bring the romance her life has been lacking.
