Plot

In the bustling heart of a sprawling country estate, a calamity of comedy and intrigue unfolds. Lord Epping finds himself unavoidably absent, leaving his young partner, Dennis, and the resourceful Aunt Della to host two curious visitors from the frosty plains of Canada. These guests have navigated great distances with the hopes of encountering the notoriously scatterbrained nobleman, but instead, they stumble upon a chilling spectacle. Beneath the grandiose facade of the mansion, an ominous plot lurks in the shadowy embrace of the cellar. Unbeknownst to our unsuspecting hosts and their guests, a devious gang of enemy saboteurs has claimed this gloomy underworld as their den of destruction, brewing a volatile concoction of nitroglycerin with the sinister intent to obliterate a crucial dam nearby. Meanwhile, the charismatic Carmelita and her intrepid Uncle Matt are drawn into the whirlwind of mystery and deception, as they find themselves ensnared in the haunted echoes of the house. The 'phantoms' that dwell within are, in reality, the enemy agents, weaving an eerie tapestry of spectral incidents in a desperate attempt to deter any further visitors and continue their lethal endeavor uninterrupted. In this whirlwind of suspense and slapstick comedy, 'Mexican Spitfire Sees a Ghost' paints an intriguing tableau of mischief, mayhem, and a house full of secrets waiting to be unraveled. Amid the laughter and chills, the question lingers: will our band of unexpected heroes manage to unravel the truth before it's too late?
