In the shadowy backstreets of Manoranjan, a notorious red-light district teeming with illicit activities, a rookie cop named Havaldar Ratan embarks on his maiden foot patrol. On his first day, he crosses paths with the alluring Nisha, a woman whose life's canvas is painted with the broad strokes of the world's oldest profession. Ratan, a paragon of virtue in a realm devoid of it, finds himself drawn to Nisha and alerts her to possible violations of the Suppression of Immoral Trafficking Act rampant in their surroundings.
