Plot

In the heart of a bustling city lives Frankie Stone, a top-tier P.R. consultant with a knack for turning the improbable into the irresistible. She is tapped to promote an unprecedented marvel of science: Ulysses, the world's first automaton astronaut, a creation of the introverted and emotionally withdrawn Dr. Jeff Peters. As Frankie embarks on her new assignment, she finds herself progressively drawn towards Ulysses' genuine disposition and gentle character, an unexpected twist in the grand scheme of her professional life. Dr. Peters, a mirror image of the robot Ulysses in appearance but starkly contrasting in emotions, watches this burgeoning relationship with growing unease. Frankie's task is to only imbue Ulysses with knowledge essential for his forthcoming space odyssey, yet the robot begins to exhibit an uncanny understanding of human emotions. Before long, Ulysses is irrevocably smitten with Frankie, causing a stir in the cold world of his creator. Frankie, meanwhile, treads the line between her professional obligations and personal sentiments. The question resounds: Is it the robot Ulysses, with his sweet character and learned emotions, that she is falling for, or the stoic, impassive Dr. Peters, the man behind Ulysses' inception? In the intricate dance of emotion versus logic and human versus machine, Frankie must determine where her heart truly lies. Is it with the robot capable of love or the man incapable of it? "Making Mr. Right" is a captivating exploration of unexpected love, human connection, and the blurred boundaries between the artificial and the authentic.
