Major Payne (1995)

After spending most of his life in the military, Major Payne doesn't know what to do when he is discharged from the Marine corps. Worried about his friend, his former captain finds him a job leading a JROTC program. When Major Payne arrives, he finds out he is in charge of a group of misfits, and the kids don't know how to respond to Major Payne's orders.
