In the eerie heart of the Isle of Evil, the renowned Dr. Frankenstein orchestrates his chilling swan song from the monster-making business. With the announcement of his impending retirement, he summons an international cavalcade of ghoulish guests to a spine-tingling convention. To elect Dr. Frankenstein's successor as the head of the "World Organization of Monsters."
