Plot
As an ex-Federale, Machete is used to taking difficult jobs that no one else wants. When his employer assigns him the dangerous task of taking out a US Senator, Machete agrees. However, just as he is about to execute the contract, he notices something isn't right. Not only does the job feel off, but Machete begins to suspect his employer may have had a different motive for assigning this contract. With the help of his brother, Cheech Marin, Machete tries to investigate his employer while staying out of danger.
