An unsuspecting trainee, swayed by the liberal majority, endorses Luther's release, unwittingly unleashing a monster armed with a pair of bespoke metal teeth. Once free, Luther embarks on a chilling spree, reminiscent of his childhood fascination, decapitating several unfortunate souls.
