The Next Three Days (2010)

Lara Brennen is happily married to her college professor husband, John, as they raise a young son together. But then the unimaginable happens. Lara is accused of murdering her boss. She proclaims her innocence but is tried, convicted and sent to prison. Her husband files numerous appeals but the evidence against her appears overwhelming. With all legal recourses exhausted, John concocts a desperate plan to break her out of prison. He teams up with an escape artist and formulates a complicated scheme that’s risky in the extreme -- but John’s dangerous prison-break plot is his family's only hope.
