Loved Up (1995)

In the heart of London, Sarah, a diligent worker at the Dew Drop Inn Cafe, finds her life taking an unexpected turn when she crosses paths with the charismatic "raver," Tim. Initially, a customer at the cafe, Tim swiftly becomes more to Sarah, introducing her to the dizzying world of the British drug scene, with the ecstasy pill as its pulsating heartbeat. Their first shared hit marks not only Sarah's initiation into this unfamiliar world but also the beginning of their intoxicating romance. Leaving behind the shards of her broken home, marked by an alcoholic mother and a neglected younger sister, Karen, Sarah plunges headfirst into her new life with Tim.
