In the heart of Colombia's lush coffee country lies the quaint village of Salento, the setting for the enchanting tale of Love & Coffee. Our protagonist, Zoe Walker, is a determined food scientist with a mission. Tasked by her corporate employers to concoct a coffee flavor that will win over the discerning taste buds of millennials, she finds herself far from the sterility of her lab and in the rustic charm of this Colombian hamlet. Here, she crosses paths with Diego Valdez, a down-to-earth coffee plantation owner with a fiercely independent spirit. Diego, though wary of Zoe's corporate intentions, strikes a deal with her. He agrees to let her use his prized coffee beans for her experiment, but in return, she must assist him with the all-important final harvest. As Zoe muddies her pristine lab coat in the fertile Colombian soil and learns the traditional art of coffee harvesting, an unexpected romance begins to percolate. Despite their contrasting backgrounds – Zoe, the scientist with a corporate agenda, and Diego, the humble coffee farmer – a shared passion for coffee binds them together.
