Lootcase (2020)

In the throbbing heart of the city, Nandan Kumar, a humble operator at a newspaper printing press, struggles to keep his family afloat financially. His existence, shared with his wife Lata and son Ayush, is a monotonous symphony of ordinary days. However, fate has a twist in store for him. One night, while returning from his shift, Nandan stumbles upon an abandoned suitcase bursting at the seams with cash. An unexpected windfall that could change their lives forever. Temptation takes over and Nandan spirits the suitcase away, stashing it in his unsuspecting neighbor's vacant house. Unbeknownst to Nandan, this suitcase is no ordinary loot. It belongs to the politically mighty MLA Patil and is a casualty of a violent shootout between Patil's men and the goons of Bala Rathod. More than the cash, it's a file buried within the loot, filled with secrets of illicit land grabbing, that makes the suitcase an object of dangerous desire. As Nandan begins to indulge in the newfound wealth, savoring a taste of the life he could only dream of, the sparks of his actions catch the attention of a trio of relentless pursuers.
