Abandoned as newborns on the welcoming doorstep of a nun-run orphanage, the trio of Moe, Larry, and Curly embark on a lifetime of comedic chaos. Raised amidst the echoing laughter of their own brand of slapstick humor, they grow from infants to men under the watchful eyes of the nuns, their lives a symphony of finger-pokes, eye gouges and the infectious sound of "nyuk-nyuk-nyuk."
