Loafer (1996)

Ravi Kumar, the notorious black sheep of the Kumar family, has been a constant source of worry for years. He's a wild card, perpetually unemployed and uncouth, with a penchant for attracting trouble. His life is a chaotic whirlwind of fistfights and aimlessness, yet beneath the rough exterior lies a heart of defiance against injustice. When a local gangster meets a grisly end, the finger of blame points unerringly towards Ravi. The evidence mounts, and he finds himself in the grip of the law, arrested and accused. Despite the wave of incrimination, Ravi's innocence is a beacon known to those close to him, including his own family. Witnesses who could clear his name lurk in the shadows, but fear keeps them silent. As the court case looms, Ravi stands on a precipice. His future is shrouded in uncertainty, and the gallows seem to be an all-too-real possibility.
