Plot
In the heartland of America, 1866, young Harry, a boy of twelve, is consumed by a passion for the mystical arts. Magic is his lifeblood, his constant companion, but the quaint town of Appletown proves to be a stifling environment for his extraordinary talent. Despite countless hours of practice in his parents' barn, he acknowledges his dreams of grandeur are just that - dreams.
However, destiny presents an opportunity when the mayor of New York announces a spectacular magic contest to honor the unveiling of the Statue of Liberty. The catch? Participants must be mentored by a bona fide magician, a requirement that leaves Harry crestfallen, for he knows not one.
Fortune smiles on Harry though, when his father's path intertwines with the Great Tesla, a true master of illusion. Intrigued by Harry's raw talent, boundless imagination, and audacious spirit, Tesla offers the boy an invitation to his abode and a chance to learn from a seasoned magician. Accompanied by his vivacious niece, Beth, and his loyal assistant, Amrold, Tesla embarks on a mission to mold Harry into a magician worthy of the grand stage.
With a fascinating blend of basic magic lessons and captivating tricks, Tesla tests Harry's resolve and strength. The question remains, will Harry possess the mettle to transform from a dreamer into a true magician?
