Plot

In the gritty, pulsating heart of New York City's East Village, a tiny, unseen flying saucer piloted by extraterrestrials with a peculiar taste for heroin descends, nestling on the rooftop of a nondescript apartment. This urban haven houses a peculiar duo - Adrian, an enigmatic drug dealer, and her lover, Margaret, a strikingly androgynous, promiscuous fashion model whose addiction to cocaine rivals her insatiable sexual desires. Margaret's hedonistic lifestyle, fueled by a revolving door of casual sex partners and drug-fueled escapades, soon catches the attention of the alien visitors. They make a startling discovery - the euphoric rush of human orgasm, they find, is a more potent high than heroin. In their pursuit of this intoxicating sensation, they begin to harvest it directly from the brains of Margaret's unsuspecting lovers, leaving an eerie trail of vanishing bodies in the wake of their pleasure-seeking quest. From a nearby building, a lonely woman voyeuristically observes the escalating enigma, her curiosity piqued by the rapidly disappearing individuals. Simultaneously, a tenacious German scientist, following the aliens' trail, unravels the bizarre events from his vantage point across the street. As he gets closer to the truth, the narrative takes an even stranger turn when an equally androgynous, drug-addled male model enters the scene, played by the same chameleon-like actress, Anne Carlisle. Liquid Sky paints a surreal, darkly humorous tapestry of addiction, sexuality, and alien encounters. It's a tale that's as thoroughly weird as it is compelling, blurring the lines between reality and the extraterrestrial in the gritty backdrop of New York's underground scene.
