Plot

In the chilling month of March 1992, a quiet suburb outside Paris is jolted awake. Amidst an alcohol-fueled adolescent gathering, a seemingly lifeless body is unearthed from the forest undergrowth's secrecy. The shock waves from this ghastly discovery reach back two weeks prior. Simon, a 16-year-old enigma, mysteriously absents himself from school. His absence is punctuated by the discovery of ominous blood stains in a classroom, igniting whispers of runaway tales, kidnappings, suicides, and even murder. The town's fear mounts when Laetitia, a fellow student with no known ties to Simon, inexplicably vanishes from her home, leaving her parents in a sea of unanswered questions. The unnerving pattern escalates when Jean-Baptiste, another classmate, joins the ranks of the missing. As the trio's disappearance fuels the town's rumor mill, a pervasive psychosis grips the once peaceful suburb. The movie, Lights Out, is a nerve-wracking journey through a community’s spiraling fear and suspense, leaving viewers on the edge of their seats, holding their breath for what might come next.
