In a daring exploration of the cosmos, the space shuttle Churchill, under the vigilant command of Colonel Tom Carlsen, is assigned to observe the celestial spectacle of Halley's Comet. An investigative team, led by Carlsen himself, discovers three enigmatic humanoid lifeforms housed in caskets.
